Graphic Design and Marketing Department
11"x7", Adobe Illustrator, 2025
At NEWTech, graphic design is considered a trade and much like trades such as welding or construction, graphic design has tools. This design includes a keyboard, a mouse, and a digital drawing pen which are common tools among graphic designers. Inspired by Apple designer Susan Kare, the bottom typography encourages students to look into the graphic design program.
02
Culinary Arts
11"x7", Adobe Illustrator, (2025)
This design was specially crated for the Culinary Arts department. Inspired by cooking show logos such as Chopped and trending menu designs at the time the messy typography but clean color palette gives the design an elevated feel while still keeping the grittiness of kitchen culture.

Pilot Ground School
11"x7", Adobe Illustrator, (2025)
Pilot Ground School at NEWTech Prep is unique in that not only does it give students a hands-on experience with flight through simulators it also emphasizes the importance of mechanics for aircraft. This design is meant to capture both flight and mechanics as well as celebrate Washington state pride as the home of many aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing and Kodiak.
04
Digital Media and Marketing
11"x7", Adobe Illustrator, (2025)
This design reflected the personal style choices of the current Regal Street Media Class which included gothic typography with a trendy edge.
